Wedding EQ™

Run the business. Shape the experience.

The planner your couples actually use. The run of show you actually play from. The booking, contracts and payments behind it. One system, built around working DJs.

01 · Inquiry

A lead lands. The night has already started.

An inquiry becomes a lead on the board with a planner attached from day one. Contract, invoice, portal and requests sit on the same card, in order, with nothing retyped.

How leads reach you
An inquiry from your site or a link you share lands on the board as a lead. It reaches you by in-app notification and email, with an optional Google task if that is where your day lives. The lead, the planner and the paperwork adapt to your company, so the first conversation already has a place to live.

02 · Planner

Your couple builds the night with you.

Timeline, questions, people and music, in one place they open on their phone. They pick the moments, request the songs and answer what you need. You see every change as it happens.

Explore the planner
Changes land on your side within seconds, no refresh. Song search is fast and shows the right album artwork. Couples build out their own event, adding the sections and questions their night needs. Playlists export to Spotify. Spotify takes a quick one-time setup we do together on the build call, your account plus your own Spotify developer key, because of Spotify's own rules. It runs in the browser on phone, tablet and desktop, and installs to the home screen like an app.

03 · Booth

Your live companion, on any device. Even offline.

The run of show is the night turned to face you, on your phone, tablet or laptop. It keeps running with no wifi and no signal in a dead-zone venue.* What is on right now, the cue notes, the mic, and a tap to move on. Couples never see this side.

What the run of show does
*Open it once while you have signal and it caches to the device. From there it runs fully offline: every change saves on the device and syncs the moment you are back online. The current moment is highlighted and everything finished dims behind it, with a live readout of what is on now. Tap a moment to complete it and move on. Flip the MC notes on when you are on the mic and off when you want a clean timeline; a note can be one line or a page. Songs sit in the moment they belong to, artwork and all. Prep mode is the same view before the night, for seeing what is still missing. Print or save the run of show as a PDF to share with the venue and the other vendors.

It is a sales tool first.

Nobody books a DJ for the software. But couples decide on the first call, and the first call is where this shows. Here is what it does for the sale, and what it does not.

What it does not do

It does not find leads. No ads, no marketplace, no directory listing. It does not make a weak first call strong. It does what it says: it makes the leads you already get easier to close, easier to run and harder to lose.

LITE or Pro.

LITE is the Planner on its own. Pro is the Planner plus the whole backend. One line between them: the business tools live in Pro.

One system instead of a stack.

Most wedding DJs pay for a planning tool for their couples and a separate business tool for contracts, invoices and payments. Bought month to month, two leading tools together run about $215 to $308 a month. Wedding EQ™ Pro is both, in one login, for $199 a month.

How we got this
Month-to-month pricing, checked September 2026. A leading planning tool is $179 a month; a leading business and CRM tool runs $36 to $129 a month depending on plan. Combined that is $215 to $308 a month, versus Wedding EQ Pro at $199. Billed annually some combinations cost less, so this is one common example, not a guaranteed saving, and feature sets differ. Built by a working DJ.

Mike Sanders

Meet Mike Sanders, a working wedding DJ and a small business owner, just like you. He built Wedding EQ because the tools he paid for were slow, stitched together, and let him down without a signal at the events that mattered most. Today it runs his own DJ company: simple, intuitive, and customizable to the way he works. It gives him more time to be a husband and a dad.
